1. Person in Charge (PIC)

As the Person in Charge (PIC), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the care home, ensuring that the highest standards of care are delivered to the children. You’ll work closely with staff and external agencies to ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of each child are met. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the care home’s operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training.
Develop and implement care plans for the children, in collaboration with other professionals.

2. Social Workers
